We provide full training for all of our products. The types of training available range from one hour "remote training" blocks through to structured training courses that run for one or more days. All participants in our structured courses receive a training manual and associated training materials and training aids.
Training is provided by subject matter experts who are equally familiar with the practical application of our software and the technical implementation of the software. They have the knowledge and skill necessary to be able to relate the training materials to situations that are specific to a particular customer. |

| SURVEY OUTSOURCING |

While most clients purchase our Professional Quest product to conduct extremely cost-effective inhouse surveys, other clients prefer to leave the entire process to an external party. For the latter group, our survey outsourcing service provides outstanding results, because we make expert use of our own software to achieve the results they need.
For pricing on any of our outsourcing services, please indicate the level of assistance you need, and provide full details of the job you need done (eg. a copy of the survey content, respondent details, and an outline of reporting needs). All enquiries can be sent to sales@dipolar.com.

If you have a survey that you wish to take online quickly, and gain access to results in the least amount of time, our full outsourcing service may be appropriate for you. Our full service includes:
- Creation of a Web-based survey from your hard- or soft-copy survey
- Hosting of the Web survey
- Import of respondent details (if required)
- Sending of invitations and reminders
- Collection of survey responses
- Preparation of analysis reports
We can optionally provide a Web interface to the survey results, allowing you to keep track of the survey progress as responses are being collected. |

At the other end of the spectrum, we often provide survey hosting services to our clients. They design and distribute the survey themselves using our Professional Quest software. All clients have their own secure area for their surveys. Advanced hosting options include:
